Visitors holding UAE Resident visa are requested to send the hotel a copy of passport & UAE Resident visa to process the border pass. 
Border pass is required as per the new regulation set by the UAE crossing Dibba transitional border for all UAE Residents visa holders. 
Border pass will be made by the resort (it is free of charge) and it will remain at the Dibba checkpoint. Please ensure you carry your Passports and UAE labour card along with you, upon entering Dibba Oman you will be asked at the checkpoint.

Guest travelling on visit visa or tourism visa into UAE can enter into Dibba without procurig a road permit.
